2. Customer Services Officer (HCMC)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for efficient customer service operations
- Contact with company members on the phone
- Build strong, positive customer relationships and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accessible, transparent and complete and detail customer’s information files
- Translation works between Vietnamese and English
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
- Good writing skills in both English and Vietnamese. Fluent in Chinese is preferable.
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Service mind and pro-active with pleasant personality
- Good knowledge of basic computer skills such as MS Office and Internet
- Good management in dealing with stress and pressure
- Experience in customer services and translation will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Shift schedule is required
- Prefer and convenient to work at (11th District Ho Chi Ming)
